Booking and Payment

Service Bookings

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service delivery until confirmed by our team.

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment is required in full before service delivery unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled service: full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances
